OAuth authorization hijacking via fragment-focused approval button

Cross-window forgery in GitLab CE/EE 16.3 through 16.11.4 allows remote attackers to hijack OAuth authorization via a crafted URL. The OAuth approval button exposes an HTML id, so a URL fragment focuses it in a tiny off-screen window and transfers an Enter keystroke from attacker-controlled content to submit approval; 17.0 through 17.0.2 and 17.1.0 are also affected. Exploitation requires a signed-in victim to interact with the crafted content and grants the attacker's application API access under the victim's approved OAuth scopes.
