Unauthenticated open redirect via encoded return parameter

Open redirect in SmartCalc osTicky 2.0.0 through 2.2.8 allows remote attackers to send users to malicious sites via crafted links. The extension decodes an attacker-controlled base64 return parameter and uses the result as a redirect destination without restricting it to trusted hosts. No authentication is required, but a user must follow the crafted link; exploitation redirects the user and enables phishing without compromising the server.
