Published Jan 11, 2024 · Updated Jun 17, 2025
Improper access control in Pimcore Customer Management Framework before 4.0.6 allows remote authenticated users to read PII via a GDPR search request. GDPRDataController returns customer search results without checking the gdpr_data_extractor permission. Any authenticated backend account can reach the route without that permission and disclose customer records, with no reported write or service-interruption impact.
