Server-side file access via unrestricted web-upload URL

SSRF in the web upload feature in Man Group D-Tale before 3.9.0 allows remote attackers to read server-accessible files via a URL. The web_upload function forwards the untrusted url parameter through loader_func to handle_path, which issues an unrestricted GET request. A publicly reachable instance with web uploads enabled exposes internal or external resources accessible to the server, while supported data formats return their contents in D-Tale.
