Runner command execution via unquoted branch name

Command injection in OTClient - Redemption allows remote attackers to execute commands on GitHub Actions runners through pull requests. The Analysis - SonarCloud workflow inserts the attacker-controlled pull-request head branch directly into a shell run block without neutralizing command substitutions. Exploitation requires a fork and crafted branch name; successful injection executes with the workflow's token and secrets, enabling secret disclosure and repository modification.
