RPD restart via link-triggered patroot memory leak

Memory leakage in RPD in Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows remote attackers on an adjacent network to restart RPD. With OSPF or IS-IS traffic engineering enabled, a link flap causes RPD to retain patroot memory until exhaustion crashes the daemon. Exposure requires traffic engineering and the ability to induce adjacent link flaps; the resulting crash interrupts routing while RPD restarts.
