Routing Engine restart via malformed OFP packets

Improper structure handling in Junos OS Evolved 22.4 before 22.4R2-EVO and earlier branches allows remote attackers to restart the Routing Engine. The OFP service accepts specific syntactically invalid TCP packets on an open OFP port and crashes instead of rejecting them, which restarts the Routing Engine. The port must be open and reachable without authentication; a continuing packet stream repeatedly restarts the engine and sustains a service interruption.
