IKE service interruption via rekey memory leak

Memory leak in the Junos OS IKE daemon on MX Series with SPC3 and SRX Series allows remote attackers to crash and restart iked. During IPsec SA rekey, iked fails to release memory when a peer supplies specific local-ip, remote-ip, remote ike-id, and traffic-selector values in a specific message sequence. The attack requires an administratively adjacent peer that can establish IPsec tunnels; repeated rekeys exhaust process memory and interrupt IKE service.
