Traffic interruption via IPv4 UDP null dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved allows remote attackers to interrupt traffic with an IPv4 UDP packet. The Routing Engine packetio process dereferences a null pointer while handling a specific IPv4 UDP packet, then crashes and restarts. A single packet causes a momentary interruption; continued delivery sustains the denial of service, while IPv6 packets do not trigger it.
