Improper access control in Siemens SENTRON 7KM PAC3x20 firmware 3.2.3 allows physically proximate attackers to read internal flash data. Manufacturing left the internal-flash readout-protection setting disabled on devices from production lots dated LQN231003 through LQN231215. Physical possession of an affected meter is required; exposure is limited to reading stored data, with no reported ability to modify it or interrupt operation.
