Local HVCI bypass via incorrect resource permissions

Security feature bypass in Microsoft Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows Server 2022 allows local users to defeat HVCI protections. Microsoft has not disclosed the affected resource or the incorrect permission operation beyond mapping the issue to CWE-732. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and an HVCI-enabled system; success removes the kernel code-integrity barrier and can compromise system confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
