Physical code execution via USB numeric truncation

Numeric truncation in the Microsoft Windows USB Hub Driver allows physically proximate attackers to execute code through a crafted USB device. Microsoft has not disclosed which driver routine truncates which untrusted numeric value or how the resulting data loss corrupts memory. Exploitation requires physical access to attach the device and can compromise the host's confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
