Absolute path traversal in Microsoft Defender for IoT 22.0.0 through 24.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. Microsoft has not published the affected endpoint, file-processing locus, or the operation that accepts an absolute path. Low-privileged network access to the sensor is required, and successful exploitation executes attacker-controlled code on the sensor.
