Undisclosed flaw in Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management 9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle identifies only the Enterprise Learning Management component and has not published the faulty request path or operation. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account and another person's interaction, and it exposes a subset of data to reading and some data to update, insertion, or deletion without interrupting service.
