Incorrect authorization in Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll Core 9.2.48 through 9.2.50 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter data. Oracle identifies the affected component as Global Payroll for Core but has not published the request, endpoint, or authorization check that mishandles untrusted input. A low-privileged account with HTTP access is required; successful exploitation permits complete access to readable data and creation, deletion, or modification of accessible data without affecting availability.
