Incorrect authorization in Oracle Site Hub 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter critical data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the faulty authorization operation within Site Hierarchy Flows. A low-privileged account and network access to the HTTP interface are required; successful exploitation permits creation, deletion, modification, or complete reading of Site Hub data.
