Oracle Database 19.3 through 19.24, 21.3 through 21.15, and 23.4 through 23.5 allows remote authenticated users to alter Core data. Oracle identifies the locus only as Database Core and has not disclosed the operation that mishandles attacker-controlled input. Create Session privilege and Oracle Net access are required; successful exploitation permits unauthorized updates, inserts, or deletions of accessible Core data.
