Resource exhaustion in Oracle Java SE Networking allows remote attackers to interrupt sandboxed Java clients via crafted HTTP responses. Built-in HTTP handlers failed to cap peer-controlled header sizes, interim response counts, and HPACK indexing requests, enabling excessive resource consumption. Exploitation requires a sandboxed Java Web Start application or applet to load untrusted network content; trusted-code server deployments are not affected.
