Data disclosure in Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework ECC 11 through 13 allows remote authenticated users to read data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Diagnostics component and has not disclosed the operation that mishandles an HTTP request. A low-privileged account and network access to HTTP are required, and exploitation exposes only a subset of framework-accessible data without reported modification or interruption.
