Cross-site request forgery in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.59 through 8.61 allows remote attackers to read and modify application data. Oracle identifies PIA Core Technology as the locus but has not disclosed the affected endpoint or the request-validation operation that accepts the forged HTTP action. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires another person's interaction and can affect accessible PeopleTools data and additional products.
