Cross-site scripting in Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Human Resources 9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read HR data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Human Resources component, but neither the advisory nor the CVE record discloses the input, page, or output-encoding failure. A low-privileged account and network access to the HTTP interface are required, and the reported consequence is limited to unauthorized reading of a subset of accessible Human Resources data.
