Data access flaw in Oracle Applications Framework 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote authenticated users to alter and read data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Personalization component but does not disclose the faulty operation or input responsible for the flaw. Exploitation requires high privileges and another person's interaction; successful attacks can read a subset of accessible data and update, insert, or delete some data, with effects crossing product boundaries.
