HotSpot access-control weakness in affected Oracle Java SE and GraalVM releases allows remote attackers to read and modify critical data. Oracle identifies the locus only as HotSpot and has not published the faulty operation or how untrusted input bypasses its access controls. Exploitation requires a high-complexity path that supplies untrusted data to affected APIs, such as through a web service or sandboxed Java client.
