Authorization flaw in Oracle Trade Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter critical data. The flaw is in the GL Accounts component, but Oracle has not published the incorrect authorization operation or affected request. Low-privileged HTTP access is required; successful exploitation permits complete access to application data without affecting availability.
