Service slowdown via improper Pack200 header validation

Improper Pack200 header validation in Oracle Java SE and GraalVM Enterprise Edition allows remote attackers to cause a service slowdown. The Pack200 loader accepts malformed header values without adequate validation, causing disproportionate processing time while loading a crafted archive. Exploitation requires sandboxed Java Web Start or applet code from an untrusted source; servers loading only trusted code are unaffected.
