Access control failure in Oracle Purchasing 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify purchasing data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Approvals component but has not published the faulty operation or input path. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and interaction by another person; impact is limited to a subset of readable data and some update, insertion, or deletion operations.
