Hypervisor code execution via DevVGA out-of-bounds write

Out-of-bounds write in Oracle VM VirtualBox Core before 7.0.16 allows local users to execute code in the hypervisor context. The DevVGA module fails to validate guest-supplied data before writing it past the end of an allocated buffer. Exploitation requires high-privileged code execution inside a guest and enables privilege escalation across the guest boundary, compromising the hypervisor.
