Improper access control in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process 6.2.4.2 allows authenticated users to read critical data. Oracle identifies the Data Import component but has not published the defective authorization check or request path. Low-privileged HTTP access is required, and exploitation exposes critical data or all application-accessible data without reported modification or service interruption.
