Denial of service in Oracle MySQL Connector/Python 8.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to hang or repeatedly crash client applications. Oracle has not disclosed the affected function, protocol message, or input-handling error inside Connector/Python. Network reachability to an application using the connector is sufficient; the documented consequence is limited to a hang or repeatable process crash.
