Improper access control in Oracle BI Publisher 7.0.0.0.0 and 12.2.1.4.0 allows remote attackers to read a subset of data over HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus as the Service Gateway but has not published the request handling or access-control operation that fails. No authentication or user interaction is required; network access to the HTTP service is sufficient, and the reported consequence is limited data disclosure.
