Information disclosure in Oracle Marketing 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote attackers to read accessible data via HTTP. The flaw is in the Campaign LOV component, but Oracle has not published the affected endpoint or the operation it performs incorrectly. No credentials or user interaction are required, and the documented consequence is limited to reading critical data or all data accessible to Oracle Marketing.
