Improper access control in Oracle Trade Management 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote attackers to read critical data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the defective operation within the Offer LOV component or the request parameters that trigger it. The endpoint is reachable without authentication, and successful exploitation exposes critical data or all data accessible to the application.
