Improper data access in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools Search Framework 8.59, 8.60, and 8.61 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Search Framework as the affected component but has not published the flawed request handling or input operation. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated HTTP request and interaction by another person, and it is limited to reading a data subset and changing some accessible data.
