Improper permissions in Oracle PeopleSoft Benefits Administration 9.2 allow local users to read critical data and alter records. Oracle identifies the Benefits Administration component but has not published the flawed permission check, affected function, or triggering input. Exploitation requires low-privilege host access and interaction by another person, and can expose all module-accessible data, modify some records, and partially interrupt service.
