Denial of service in Oracle MySQL Server 8.0.34 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to hang or repeatedly crash the server. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Server: DML and has not published the malformed operation or input that triggers the failure. Exploitation requires a highly privileged MySQL account with network access over the MySQL protocol and affects availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
