XXE in XML input in Oracle Web Applications Desktop Integrator 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote authenticated users to read data via HTTP. The XML input processor accepts external entity references without adequately restricting their resolution, enabling unintended data retrieval. A low-privileged account and HTTP access are required, and the reported consequence is limited to unauthorized reading of a subset of Web Applications Desktop Integrator data.
