Access control failure in Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul LOV allows remote attackers to read and modify application data. Oracle has not published the vulnerable LOV endpoint or the incorrect operation it performs on untrusted HTTP input. Versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 are affected; exploitation is unauthenticated but requires interaction by another person, and impact is limited to a subset of readable data and some update, insert, or delete operations.
