Improper privilege management in Oracle CMRO 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote attackers to read and alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the LOV component and does not disclose the incorrect operation performed on untrusted input. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires another person's interaction and can expose or modify some CMRO data while affecting other products.
