Unauthenticated LOV data read and modification
Published Apr 16, 2024 · Updated Mar 25, 2025
Access control failure in Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 lets remote attackers alter or read data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the LOV component and has not published the request handling or validation error that causes the exposure. Exploitation requires a different person to interact with the crafted content and can affect data beyond the vulnerable product.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
