Improper authorization in Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote attackers to read and modify data. Oracle identifies the LOV component but has not published the request path or authorization operation that mishandles untrusted input. Exploitation requires unauthenticated HTTP access and interaction by another person, and it can read a subset of accessible data or update, insert, or delete some accessible data.
