An undisclosed LOV flaw in Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote attackers to read and alter data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the LOV component and has not published the incorrect operation or input handling that causes the flaw. Exploitation requires HTTP access and interaction by another person, and it permits reading a subset of accessible data plus updating, inserting, or deleting some accessible data.
