Unauthenticated data access via LOV cross-site scripting

Cross-site scripting in Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote attackers to read and write data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the LOV component and has not disclosed which input is insufficiently neutralized during page generation. Exploitation requires interaction by a person other than the attacker; impact is limited to reading a subset and modifying some accessible data.
