LOV flaw in Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the LOV component and does not disclose the wrong operation performed on untrusted input. No credentials are required, but exploitation requires interaction by another person and permits limited reading, insertion, updating, or deletion of accessible maintenance data.
