Improper authorization in Oracle Complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul allows remote attackers to read and alter application data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the LOV component and has not published the request handling or authorization operation that fails. Affected releases are 12.2.3 through 12.2.13; exploitation is unauthenticated over HTTP but requires another person's interaction and can cross the product's security scope.
