Denial of service in Oracle Database Sharding 19.3 through 19.22 and 21.3 through 21.13 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. Oracle has not published the specific sharding locus or the incorrect operation that triggers resource-release failure. A DBA-authenticated Oracle Net path and interaction by another person are required; successful exploitation only partially interrupts the sharding service.
