Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify portal data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Content integration and has not disclosed the defective operation or handling of untrusted input. Exploitation requires low privileges, high attack complexity, and another person's interaction; it exposes a subset of data and permits some updates, insertions, or deletions.
