Cross-site request forgery in Oracle WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and alter data. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Core component and has not published the request or state-changing operation that mishandles untrusted input. Exploitation is unauthenticated over HTTP but requires interaction by a person other than the attacker, and effects can cross security scopes.
