Denial of service in Oracle Corporation MySQL Server 8.0.34 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to hang or repeatedly crash it. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Server: DML component and has not published the malformed operation or resource-handling failure. Exploitation requires high database privileges over the MySQL protocol and affects availability only, producing a hang or frequently repeatable crash.
