A replication flaw in Oracle MySQL Server 8.0.35 and earlier and 8.2.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter data. Oracle has not published the code-level mechanism or the replication operation that mishandles attacker-controlled input. High-privileged database access over a supported network protocol is required; exploitation can update, insert, or delete some accessible data and hang or repeatedly crash the server.
