Improper access control in Oracle Customer Interaction History 12.2.3 through 12.2.13 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. The flaw is in the Outcome-Result component, but Oracle has not disclosed the faulty operation or input that bypasses its access controls. Exploitation requires no credentials but does require action by another user; successful attacks expose a subset of accessible data and allow some records to be inserted, updated, or deleted.
